Description

MOTO-TRON Billet Aluminum Engine Covers for Triumph 765 R/RS/Moto2 (2024+)

Protect your engine where it matters most.

MOTO-TRON Engine Covers provide an additional layer of protection for vulnerable OEM engine cases, helping reduce damage from impacts and abrasion during a tip-over or slide. Designed for both street and track use, each model-specific set combines durable construction with precise fitment and a clean, low-profile appearance.

For Triumph applications, MOTO-TRON takes a different approach from its reinforced nylon engine covers and manufactures the covers from billet aluminum. The material choice is primarily about aesthetics, giving the Triumph covers a distinctive machined-metal appearance while maintaining the same intended level of engine protection.

Each MOTO-TRON application is developed using 3D scanning and digital modeling of the original motorcycle, allowing the covers to closely follow the contours of the OEM engine cases for accurate fitment and an integrated appearance.

Whether you're building a dedicated track bike, protecting a street motorcycle, or simply want an extra layer of protection against an unexpected drop, MOTO-TRON Engine Covers deliver purpose-built protection without compromising the look of the bike.

Each kit is supplied as a complete engine cover set for the selected application.

Features:

  • Billet aluminum construction – Selected for its premium machined appearance while maintaining MOTO-TRON's intended level of engine protection
  • Secondary engine protection – Helps protect vulnerable OEM engine cases during slides, impacts, and tip-overs
  • Triumph-specific construction – All MOTO-TRON Triumph engine covers feature billet aluminum construction
  • Model-specific design – Developed specifically for each motorcycle application
  • 3D-scanned fitment – Digitally modeled from OEM components for precise positioning and contour
  • Street and track ready – Designed for everything from everyday riding to demanding track use
  • Low-profile appearance – Follows the original engine contours for a clean, integrated look
  • Complete set – Includes the corresponding engine cover pieces for the selected motorcycle

Product images are for reference. The number, shape, and design of the included covers vary by motorcycle model and year.

Installation Note:

  • These covers install over the existing OEM engine case covers using selected factory mounting points.
  • Do not remove or loosen more OEM engine case cover bolts than necessary for installation. Removing multiple case bolts at once may disturb the factory cover seal or gasket.
  • When possible, remove and replace one mounting bolt at a time during installation.
  • Always refer to the motorcycle manufacturer's service manual for the correct engine case cover bolt torque specifications and tightening sequence.
  • Do not rely on generic torque values. Torque requirements may vary by motorcycle model, engine cover location, bolt size, and fastener type.
  • Ensure each MOTO-TRON cover is fully seated and properly aligned before final tightening.
  • Do not overtighten mounting hardware. Excessive torque may damage the engine case, threads, mounting hardware, or protective cover.
  • If any OEM gasket seal is disturbed during installation, inspect and service it according to the motorcycle manufacturer's recommendations before operating the motorcycle.
  • After installation, verify that the covers do not interfere with controls, exhaust components, hoses, wiring, or other moving or heat-sensitive components.
  • Recheck all mounting hardware after the first ride or heat cycle and periodically thereafter as part of normal motorcycle inspection and maintenance.
  • Engine case mounting procedures vary by motorcycle. When in doubt, installation should be performed by a qualified motorcycle technician using the applicable factory service information.
