Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Heal Racing accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled

• Be in the same condition as received

• Include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation

Products that show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Heal Racing reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email sales@healracing.com and include the following information:

• Order number

• A detailed description of how we can help

• Reason for the return or exchange

• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

• Any additional information you believe may help us process your request

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. All items must be sent within 14 days of return approval.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

For approved returns, Heal Racing offers a $12 flat-rate return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to ship the item yourself, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Restocking Fee

Heal Racing does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be non-returnable or final sale, including but not limited to:

• Special order items

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Clearance items marked Final Sale

Any product designated as Final Sale will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Heal Racing.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please contact sales@healracing.com with your order number and details regarding the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging the replacement.

Fitment and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that a product is compatible with their specific motorcycle or vehicle before placing an order.

If you have questions regarding fitment or compatibility, please contact sales@healracing.com before purchasing, and our team will do our best to assist.

Error in Listing

If a product is listed with incorrect fitment information on our website, and the item does not fit the specified vehicle as described, this will be considered an error on the part of Heal Racing.

In such cases:

• Return shipping will be covered by Heal Racing

• The full purchase amount, including original shipping charges, will be refunded once the item has been returned and inspected

Customer Fitment Error

If the incorrect fitment was due to the customer selecting the wrong model, year, configuration, or application, the return will be treated as a standard return under this policy.

In these cases:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Heal Racing cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, modified, or damaged during attempted installation.

Vehicle Modifications

Many motorcycles and performance vehicles are modified with aftermarket parts or custom components. Such modifications may affect product compatibility.

Heal Racing cannot guarantee compatibility with vehicles that have been modified from original factory specifications, including but not limited to changes to frames, forks, suspension components, carburetors, intake systems, or other related parts.

If your vehicle has been modified and you are unsure about compatibility, please contact sales@healracing.com before placing your order.

Refused Shipments and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including both the original shipment and the return shipping costs charged by the carrier.

These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

If the total shipping costs exceed the order value, Heal Racing reserves the right to withhold the refund accordingly.
