Authorized Sellers & Warranty Notice

When purchasing MOTO-TRON products online, it is important to understand the difference between an Authorized Distributor or Dealer and an unauthorized seller.

Heal Racing LLC is an authorized distributor of MOTO-TRON products in the United States.

Authorized sellers obtain products directly from MOTO-TRON or through Heal Racing LLC. Unauthorized sellers are individuals or businesses whose product sources cannot be verified. In some cases, products sold through unauthorized channels may be counterfeit, used, damaged, improperly stored, or intended for markets outside the United States.

Products listed on marketplaces such as AliExpress, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or other third-party platforms may appear identical to genuine MOTO-TRON products, but they are not guaranteed to be authentic or eligible for factory warranty coverage.

In addition, customers in the United States should be aware that products listed on Canadian MOTO-TRON websites or Canadian dealer platforms are not authorized for warranty support within the U.S. market.

Warranty Policy

MOTO-TRON factory warranty coverage is only valid for products purchased through authorized U.S. distribution channels.

Because the origin, handling, and authenticity of products purchased from unauthorized sellers cannot be verified, warranty claims will not be honored for products purchased through unauthorized sources.

Heal Racing LLC and MOTO-TRON reserve the right to deny warranty coverage for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or sellers operating outside their approved sales regions.

Check Before You Buy

Before making a purchase, please verify that the seller is an authorized source for MOTO-TRON products in the United States.

Currently:

  • Heal Racing LLC is the only authorized U.S. distributor of MOTO-TRON products.
  • Products purchased directly from Heal Racing LLC or from dealers explicitly authorized by Heal Racing LLC are eligible for factory warranty support.
  • Listings on AliExpress, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon Marketplace, or other third-party platforms are not automatically authorized.

If you believe a seller may be offering counterfeit, unauthorized, or improperly imported MOTO-TRON products, please contact us with a link to the listing and seller information.
