OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed through the HEAL Racing website are processed and shipped.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day after the order is placed.

However, not all products listed on the HEAL Racing website are stocked at our facility. Certain items may be sourced directly from manufacturers or suppliers after an order is placed and may therefore require additional processing and fulfillment time before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SECTION 2 - BACKORDERED OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Some products listed on the HEAL Racing website may not be immediately available for shipment at the time an order is placed.

Certain items may require sourcing directly from manufacturers or suppliers after purchase and may therefore involve extended lead times prior to shipment.

Depending on product availability and manufacturer schedules, fulfillment and delivery may take up to thirty (30) days or longer in certain cases.

If significant delays are expected, a representative from HEAL Racing will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer with updated lead time information.

Customers seeking the most current product availability or estimated lead times are encouraged to contact sales@healracing.com prior to placing an order.

If a customer chooses not to proceed after being notified of a significant lead time delay prior to shipment, the order may be canceled and refunded.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • UPS service level selected

All orders are currently shipped using UPS.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.

SECTION 4 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

HEAL Racing currently ships within the United States only.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have limited service availability or longer transit times.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Delivery time estimates displayed at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Estimated transit times provided during checkout reflect carrier shipping estimates only and do not necessarily include product sourcing, processing, manufacturing, or fulfillment lead times.

Certain products may require additional time prior to shipment due to manufacturer availability, supplier lead times, or inventory status.

Transit and delivery times may also vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Customs or logistics disruptions

  • Operational circumstances outside our control

HEAL Racing cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates and shall not be responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, or other third parties.

Because lead times and manufacturer availability may change over time, customers seeking the most up-to-date shipping estimates or availability information are encouraged to contact sales@healracing.com before placing an order.

SECTION 6 - SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT FOR HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

For security purposes, orders exceeding $750 may require a signature upon delivery.

This requirement may be applied at the discretion of HEAL Racing.

SECTION 7 - SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse logistics.

Separate tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.

SECTION 8 - ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

HEAL Racing is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

SECTION 9 - RISK OF LOSS DURING SHIPPING

As stated in our Terms of Service, risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer once the order has been shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for transit is handled by the carrier.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the corresponding carrier directly using the provided tracking information. HEAL Racing may assist customers in communicating with the carrier when reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee resolution of carrier-related claims.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact UPS directly using the provided tracking information.

SECTION 10 - SALES TAX

Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout, where required by applicable law.

SECTION 11 - TARIFFS AND DUTIES

All prices displayed on the HEAL Racing website already reflect applicable tariffs and import costs where applicable.

Customers within the United States will not incur additional tariffs or duty charges upon delivery.
