WARRANTY

HEAL Racing proudly offers products from carefully selected motorcycle performance brands and manufacturers. Warranty coverage for products sold through HEAL Racing is provided by the original manufacturer unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Warranty terms, coverage periods, claim procedures, and limitations may vary between brands and products. Customers are encouraged to review all product information and manufacturer documentation prior to installation and use.

As an authorized U.S. distributor and retailer, HEAL Racing is committed to supporting our customers throughout the warranty process. While HEAL Racing does not directly provide product warranties, we will assist customers by helping facilitate communication with manufacturers, reviewing warranty requests, and providing proof of purchase documentation when needed.

All warranty approvals, repair decisions, replacements, and coverage determinations are made solely by the product manufacturer.

HEAL Racing Customer Support Commitment

At HEAL Racing, we understand that purchasing aftermarket motorcycle parts — especially from newer or international brands — requires trust and confidence.

While manufacturer warranties remain the primary form of coverage, our goal is to provide responsive, U.S.-based customer support to help make the ownership experience as smooth as possible.

Depending on the situation, HEAL Racing may assist customers with:

  • Manufacturer warranty communication
  • Product issue documentation
  • Missing hardware or shipping-related concerns
  • Product identification and fitment verification
  • Installation guidance and support resources

Any additional support, replacement assistance, or goodwill accommodations provided by HEAL Racing are offered solely at our discretion and do not constitute an independent product warranty.

MOTO-TRON Warranty

MOTO-TRON products sold through HEAL Racing are covered by MOTO-TRON’s manufacturer warranty policies.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect application or fitment selection
  • Product modification
  • Crash or impact damage
  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and cosmetic aging
  • Damage caused by racing or competition use beyond intended application

To submit a warranty inquiry for a MotoTron product, please contact sales@healracing.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Product name
  3. Motorcycle year/make/model
  4. Description of the issue
  5. Relevant photos or videos

HEAL Racing will review the request and coordinate with MotoTron regarding eligibility and next steps.

Limitation of Liability

HEAL Racing shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, installation, or failure of products sold through this website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, compatibility, and safe use of all aftermarket motorcycle components.

Future Brands

As HEAL Racing expands its catalog and adds additional manufacturers, warranty information for those brands will be added to this page. Warranty coverage and policies may differ by manufacturer and product category.
