Some products listed on the website may not be stocked at our facility and may instead be sourced directly from manufacturers or suppliers after an order is placed. As a result, certain orders may require extended processing and fulfillment times prior to shipment.

Depending on product availability and manufacturer lead times, delivery may take up to thirty (30) days or longer in certain cases.

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including manufacturer delays, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather disruptions, or logistical issues.

Heal Racing will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when possible.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title to the products pass to the customer.

Motorcycle components and performance parts require proper installation and maintenance.

Heal Racing does not provide installation services and cannot verify installation practices performed by customers or third parties.
